Yes, I Know Its Been Awhile...

Ok, it's been close to a year since my last post. A lot of things have happened since then. We FINALLY found a home we loved enough to commit 30 years to. We had been looking for about a year. We really liked several properties, but it seemed like we were barely too late, the owner just accepted an offer yesterday/ last week. Plus, we had a strict price point that we didn't want to go over. After tour countless homes, our realtor called us saying there was a property that would be going on MLS the next day so he HAD to go look at it . Now. So we went, loved it, it had everything we wanted, we bid, and the owner accepted the very next day. We closed in late September and were completely moved in by November. We've been here for 6 months but have just gotten internet in the last couple weeks. For some reason we were misinformed about the availability of internet for our very rural new home. We eventually got everything figured out and wired up so I'm back with a year's worth of blogging ideas.

It feels so good to be home...
